At the Annual Meeting on October 4, 2024, the homeowners passed two updates. The annual dues are to be increased to $200 beginning January 1, 2025. In addition, a special assessment of $100 per year has been added to make improvements to the park totaling $300 due for 2025. 
 
For online payments, we are also asking the homeowner to pay the credit card fees of $9.
